Job Description
At Clinique Ferrière de Bon Secours, patient care begins with a safe, reliable, and efficiently
run operation—and that includes effective administrative support. We are looking for an
Administrative Officer who will be responsible for overseeing daily administrative
operations of the clinic, ensuring accurate processing of payroll and attendance, and
supporting staff welfare initiatives.Key Responsibilities
1. Payroll & Attendance Management
ï‚· Maintain and process employee attendance records, including clock-in/out
verification.
ï‚· Process and verify monthly payroll data in coordination with HRM/Accounting dept
ï‚· Handle corrections and adjustments related to timekeeping or payroll errors.
2. Staff Welfare & Administration
ï‚· Assist in organizing all welfare activities thus ensuring a positive work culture.
ï‚· Coordinate weekly medical check-ups and maintain health-related records.
ï‚· Assist in managing staff uniform distribution, fitting, and replenishment.
3. Quality & Patient Experience
ï‚· Administer in-room patient surveys on clinical services, report and analyze
feedback
ï‚· Record, monitor, and follow up on patient complaints, ensuring timely resolution.
ï‚· Report critical issues and complaints directly to the General Manager, ensuring
awareness and action.
4. Quality Circle Participation
ï‚· Understand and apply Quality Circle principles to promote problem-solving and
continuous improvement.
ï‚· Actively participate in quality meetings and workshops, contributing administrative
insights.
Required Skills & Qualifications
ï‚· Diploma in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
ï‚· Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an administrative role.
ï‚· High attention to detail and strong organizational skills are a must.
ï‚· Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, charts, data analysis).
ï‚· Knowledge of HRPTA
ï‚· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
ï‚· Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
ï‚· Self-motivated, proactive, and a team player.
ï‚· Capable of working under pressure, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
