1. Order
All orders placed on the website www.spocnest.net or by phone signify acceptance of these
General Terms by the client.
2. Contract Duration
The contract starts on the client’s acceptance date and expires at the end of the last effective
period of the products purchased from SPOCNEST LTD.
3. Registration
Client details provided upon registration must be accurate. The client agrees to keep this
information up-to-date.
4. Customer Information
SPOCNEST LTD is committed to protecting client information in accordance with the Data
Protection Act 2017 (Mauritius).
5. Intellectual Property
These terms do not grant the client rights over SPOCNEST LTD’s intellectual property,
beyond the limited service usage rights for purchased products.
6. Service Obligations
SPOCNEST LTD commits to a 48-hour response time for inquiries. The client acknowledges
that temporary interruptions may occur during maintenance.
7. Data Protection
SPOCNEST LTD adheres to the Data Protection Act 2017 (Mauritius). Users can access,
modify, or delete their data by contacting derek.raya@spocnest.net.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality for each other’s information and documents
obtained during contract execution. SPOCNEST LTD reserves the right to reference this
contract in business communications for up to 5 years post-expiration.
9. Limitation of Liability
SPOCNEST LTD will not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or operational
interruptions. Claims are limited to the price paid for services.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement by written notice if the other party fails to fulfill
obligations within 15 days after notice of default.
11. Payment Terms
All payments must comply with the terms listed on www.spocnest.net. Invoices are subject
to VAT as applicable in Mauritius.
