As an Administration ADV Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth sales administration and customer service processes. Key tasks include:
- Order Management: Processing customer orders, ensuring accuracy, and tracking orders from initiation to delivery.
- Customer Support: Acting as the primary contact for customer inquiries related to orders, delivery, or invoicing.
- Coordination: Collaborating with the sales, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and issue resolution.
- Documentation: Preparing and managing administrative documents such as contracts, invoices, and delivery notes.
- Data Entry: Maintaining accurate records in the company’s ERP/CRM systems.
- Reporting: Providing regular updates and reports on order statuses and sales performance metrics.
